The lovely foyer at Campus Berlin Nord is the main entrance to the office building in the Industrial Campus Pankow Park. This 100 m² foyer is a whopping 8 metres high and bathed in sunlight. It’s connected directly to the backyard.
The design team around RHO made sure to combine natural and artificial lighting in a way that feels really natural. They’ve brought together different design elements and materials to transform the foyer from just a meeting and navigation point into a visually engaging and welcoming space.
We were so excited to be asked to design, build, install and control the custom lighting elements. The most striking feature was the suspended 63 chrome tubes, each 300 cm long, fitted with super slim dimmable light bulbs.
Rounded off by the wall lamps from MARSET, the whole forms a harmonious framework for the art of Sergey Skip.
